If you have signed up for a monthly account, you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged for your next month's worth of service. You will not be reimbursed for any unused days of service.

If you have signed up for a yearly account, you can canel at any time and you will not be charged for your next year's worth of service. You will not be reimbursed for any unused days or months of unused service.

You may return new, unopened items sold by Silver Mountain Marketing within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Refunds will not be issued for the following items:

· Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
· Any item that has obvious signs of use.
· Any item not returned in the condition it was received.

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same, or a different item, please contact us.
